SNC Lavalin Group Inc. Class Action

Overview:

October 20, 2022: The Quebec court has dismissed the motions for authorization and leave to proceed.

April 27, 2022: The hearing of the motions for authorization and leave to proceed have concluded. The motion judge has reserved his decision.

September 30, 2021: The hearing of the motion for authorization and leave to proceed was re-scheduled for April 12 - 14, 2021.

October 20, 2020: The hearing of the motion for authorization and leave to proceed is scheduled for May 18 - 21, 2021.
